The Road Map Health Plan
During its long history, the Sanibel–Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce has always sought quality programs for our members. Chamber members have long requested that we provide a Comprehensive Health Benefits Program. We are proud to announce that The Road Map Health Plan is now available and effectively deals with the voiced Chamber members' concerns:
- Affordability
- Protection from huge future rate increases
- Lack of flexible employee benefit options
- Lack of Portability, i.e., limited options for employees if they quit, are fired, or retire before age 65.
- Limited options for employees who are working beyond age 65
- Rising unemployment insurance costs due to employee turnover
- HIPAA and COBRA compliance issues which add to employer’s cost basis.
- Lack of wellness benefits to reward healthy living habits
The Road Map Health Plan is a program which effectively addresses all of these concerns and brings value to our Chamber. Because of our membership, and the Law of Large numbers, this program will work well for ALL members – regardless of size, industry, and / or budget. Each member will be able to find a program at a suitable price point.
